Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Viral Machine at viralmachin.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Viral Machine does

Viral Machine uses artificial intelligence to help you create social media content: hooks, captions, titles, hashtags, sound suggestions, scripts, content plans, video analysis and an estimated "viral score". The Service is a creative tool — it does not guarantee views, followers, reach or any other result. Viral scores are forecasts, not promises.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to get extra free daily kits.
• You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. If you use Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

3. Plans, coins and payments

• Free plan: a daily allowance of coins (currently enough for 3 kits per day). Unused coins don't roll over.
• Creator plan: a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that unlocks more daily kits and extra features. Prices are shown on the Upgrade page before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Upgrade page ("Manage billing"); you keep Creator until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Discount codes we send you are personal, single-use and expire on the date shown.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at support@viralmachin.com and we'll look into it.
• We may change prices or plan features. Price changes for existing subscriptions take effect at your next renewal, and we'll tell you in advance.

4. Your content

• You own what you put in (ideas, descriptions, photos and videos) and what the Service generates for you. You're free to use generated content for personal or commercial purposes.
• You give us permission to process your content only as needed to run the Service — for example, sending your text and media to our AI provider to create your kit, and storing your kits so you can see them in your history.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, violent, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• AI output can be inaccurate or similar to content created for others. Review everything before you post it — you're responsible for what you publish and for following each platform's rules.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• break any law or platform rules, or to spam, mislead or scam people;
• create content that is hateful, harassing, or that infringes copyrights or trademarks;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around usage limits;
• resell the Service or access it with automated tools without our permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as Google (AI and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and our hosting provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Links to other websites (for example social media platforms) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Viral Machine running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we make important changes to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't give warranties about results, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, followers or opportunities). Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@viralmachin.com from the address on your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law.
